In the heart of downtown Orlando lies OneEleven — the 30-story, 615,000 sq ft residential and commercial tower which overlooks Lake Eola. Its 164 residential units and 150,000 sq ft of office space exist in harmony, creating one of the city’s most dynamic work/live/play environments. But in addition to being a hub for commerce and a home for countless Orlando residents, its unique design is also a welcome addition to the city’s skyline, purposefully juxtaposing the many blocky monoliths that occupy the clouds.
A project of this size is often an all-hands-on-deck effort, with dozens of Baker Barrios architects and interior designers working in concert to bring each floor to life. The building’s organic-inspired design is reflected inside and out, creating visual harmony for onlookers — and actual harmony for its tenants and residents.
One Eleven opened in 2008 and has in the years since been home to local, regional, and international power players, in addition to Aspire: the 164-unit luxury apartment building.
